We do not record your IP address or location and use no tracking tools. The report content is encrypted and your identity is protected by law. No retaliation may be taken against you for a report made in good faith.
How it works

Describe the situation as specifically as possible. You may report anonymously or provide contact details.
Receive a code and PIN
Save them somewhere safe. They are the only way into your case and cannot be recovered.
Track and reply
By signing in with the code and PIN you can check the status and exchange messages with the handler while staying anonymous.
We will acknowledge your report within 7 days and provide feedback within 3 months at the latest.

Anyone who obtained the information in a work-related context may report: employees, associates, contractors, interns and candidates.
Other ways to report
Besides the form, you can report orally (by phone or at an in-person meeting arranged within 14 days on request) and in writing to the address indicated by the organisation.
External reporting
You also have the right to report to an external authority, including the Ombudsman or the competent public authority. The choice of channel is entirely yours.
