Internal reporting procedure in force at Demonstracja testowa ([registered address], VAT ID [tax ID]).
1. Purpose and basis. This procedure sets out the rules for receiving and handling reports of breaches of law and of internal rules and ethical standards, in line with the Whistleblower Protection Act and Directive (EU) 2019/1937.
2. Who may report. Anyone who obtained information about a breach in a work-related context may report, including employees, associates, contractors, interns and candidates.
3. Reporting channel. Reports are accepted through a secure online form at https://sygnalista.jeton.pl, as well as orally and in writing as described on the channel page. A report may be anonymous.
4. Confidentiality and anonymity. The whistleblower's identity is protected. Only authorised persons have access to reports. We do not record the whistleblower's IP address or technical data.
5. Deadlines. We acknowledge a report within 7 days. We provide feedback on follow-up actions no later than within 3 months.
6. Follow-up. Authorised persons verify the report, conduct an impartial inquiry and take follow-up actions.
7. Protection. No retaliation is permitted against a whistleblower who reports in good faith.
