2. By signing in with the number and PIN you can check the status and hold an anonymous two-way conversation with the handler. You can also send files.
3. You will receive acknowledgement within 7 days and feedback within 3 months.
4. The channel page does not record your IP address or technical data, uses no tracking tools, and the report content is encrypted.
5. Besides the form you may report orally or in writing, and you may also use external reporting (e.g. to the Ombudsman or the competent authority). The choice of channel is yours.
